1. Booking & Agreement Acceptance
By confirming your booking with Temple Path Tours and submitting your deposit or reservation request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Accommodation & Hotel Arrangements
- All package prices are calculated on the basis of double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
- Single occupancy can be arranged upon request and will incur an additional supplement fee.
- Hotel names mentioned in itineraries are provided for reference purposes. In the event of limited availability, accommodations of an equivalent category and standard will be arranged.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our direct control, such as currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or governmental regulations.
3. Domestic Transportation & Flights
- Quoted flight fares are based on standard economy class schedules provided by domestic airlines.
- All flights and transfers are subject to the operating carriers’ official terms and baggage policies.
- Any amendments or cancellations to flight bookings will follow the airline’s official policies.
4. Responsibilities & Travel Insurance
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, entry visas, and necessary travel documentation are obtained prior to departure. Temple Path Tours is not liable for delays or denied entry due to incomplete travel documents.
We strongly recommend all guests secure comprehensive travel insurance covering trip delays, medical emergencies, and unexpected cancellations.
5. Children Policy
A. Packages, Nile Cruises & Hotels
- Children under 2 years: Complimentary (no charge).
- Ages 2 – 5.99 years: 25% of the adult rate.
- Ages 6 – 11.99 years: 50% of the adult rate.
- Ages 12 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.
B. Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions
- Children under 6 years: Complimentary (no charge).
- Ages 6 – 11.99 years: 50% of the adult rate.
- Ages 12 years and above: Charged at the full adult rate.
6. Special Requests
Specific dietary preferences, mobility needs, or accessibility arrangements must be communicated at the time of booking. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate special requests.
